Myra M. Lewis, Ph.D. During Brownfields '08, our Detroit worker training participants had an opportunity make direct contact with environmental contractors from all over the US, find out about their projects, and present themselves and their credentials for future employment. This was of assistance in placing a few of the trainees, and was a powerful learning experience for all of them.
