The Economic Redevelopment Forum featured properties and funding opportunities clustered by state or major metro area. Property owners marketed their sites alongside representatives of state and local agencies in order to inform developers and consultants of potential financial incentives that are available for those sites in their communities.
In conjunction with this new feature the state resources directory page allowed interested participants to easily access by state/locality:
- departments/organizations that will be present at the ERF
- financial incentives
- state and local programs
- property listings
- contact information
Only states and major metro areas that are participating in the Economic Redevelopment Forum will be displayed on the website.
The State Resources pages will be available until June 2011.
