ICMA, the local government leadership and management organization that cosponsors the National Brownfields Conference, is offering half off the regular membership dues rate for conference attendees who are joining for the first time.
"Our members tell us that the most important reason for the kind of ongoing professional development that the Brownfields conference delivers is getting the skills to help improve their communities," said Executive Director Bob O'Neill.
ICMA offers dozens of member benefits -- Public Management (PM) magazine, the ICMA Newsletter, and a variety of specialty newsletters and publications; online discussion forums, an online resource center with social and professional networking, a Job Center; and ethics advice and training, to name a few -- to give members the tools to get better results in their jobs.
To take advantage of this special offer on-site, stop at ICMA's booth 621 for an application or to receive more information. Or, visit the website at icma.org/membership. To take advantage of the 50% membership discount for first-time ICMA members, write "Brownfields conference discount" on your application.
