Economic Redevelopment Forum Overview

What is the Economic Redevelopment Forum (ERF)?

Unique to the National Brownfields Conference is the Economic Redevelopment Forum, which provides property owners, redevelopment agencies, and communities the opportunity to market their brownfield sites directly to the real estate redevelopment community.

Located in the Exhibit Hall, the Forum will build off its success in Philadelphia. Properties and funding opportunities will be clustered by state or major metro area and property owners can market their sites alongside representatives of state and local agencies, who can inform developers, investors, and consultants about potential financial incentives that are available for projects targeted for those sites. The forum will not only allow buyers to expand their brownfield business and sellers to showcase properties to prospective purchasers, but most important, it will educate and emphasize the new importance of utilizing financial incentives to redevelop brownfield properties. If you are a developer, investor, consultant, or someone interested in learning more about federal, state, and local incentives related to brownfield redevelopment, the Economic Redevelopment Forum is the place to be.

Stay tuned for more information regarding the ERF!
