This mobile tour will take participants to Atlanta’s Goat Farm, a former 19th century manufacturing facility turned artist’s haven and performance space located just behind the vibrant Westside Urban Market.
The now Goat Farm Arts Center was not always a harbor for local artisans. For years, the land was home to an abandoned Victorian-era former cotton gin factory. In 2008, Anthony Harper and Chris Melhouse of Hallister Development bought the land and revived the lot into a complex of studios. The Goat Farm is now a lively hub for local art located in West Midtown of Atlanta, Georgia. Put on your walking shoes and join Anthony Harper on a brief tour of this repurposed West Atlanta treasure.
This workshop will be on Thursday 1PM - 4 PM
Transportation will be provided
