Getting your ticket
When you pick up your registration materials at the conference, your ticket will be with your registration materials. If you need assistance or don’t find your ticket in your registration materials, there will be a Mobile Workshop information desk in the registration area where a staff member can help you.
Departure times
Please plan to meet at the designated departure point for the Mobile Workshops and Walking Tours at least 15 minutes before your tour is scheduled to leave. All tours leave at their scheduled times; we do not hold tours for late arrivals. The location for tour departures will be noted in the onsite guide. If you need assistance. please visit us at the Mobile Workshops desk in registration.
Cancellation policy
All tour sales are final. ICMA will refund your full tour registration if we receive a written or emailed request received prior to October 16, 2009. Please include the title of the Mobile Workshop you registered for along with your name and contact information.
